Best Android Apps to Download Music For Free!
I remember way back when where downloading music wasn’t an option. I’d be listening to the top charts on a Sunday, recording them to a tape as I mastered when to pause and when to resume the recording so I would miss out the adverts and the chatting from the hosts.
First on our list is probably the best of the bunch in terms of it’s purpose. To put it simply you can listen to and download thousands of songs directly from the source, the radio. It’s more of a recording than a download, but the quality is still great and you can listen to them offline which is always good. For the latest tunes and club hits definitely check out this app.
Next up we have 4shared. This little gem is an online storage tool which gives allows you to share files from your Android device. You can search through a collection of millions of songs and add them to your own folder for listening offline and you can also add your own music in there which is great if you have some good songs already on your device.
You want to freely listen and download music to your Android? Then look no further than Google Play Music. It’s a great app which you can customize and listen to an unlimited number of songs. The downside is that it isn’t 100% free. That said you will find free music and you don’t need to pay to use the service. Download it now and start building a collection of your own free music.
This fun little media tool is fantastic for those of us that like to workout. Admittedly we might only workout for that first week after New Years’ Day but for the population who workout regularly then this app is for you. You can set playlists to match your exercises and it comes with loads of fancy little features. Download music and pump that iron…or eat that bar of chocolate…which ever you enjoy best.
Lastly we have SoundCloud. You might have heard of it because it’s dominated the web for years and years. You’re not limited to purely artists and songs, there is so much content on here it’s actually unbelievable. Music, news, podcasts and loads more all at your fingertips. There is talk of a subscription fee in the works so take advantage of it while it’s free and enjoy countless songs in the palm of your hand. What more could you want.
