Using the Netshare App on your Android device

Netshare is one of the best third-party apps that can transform your Android device into a Wi-Fi repeater. The app is easy to use and does not require you to root your device. The app will allow your device to work as a Wi-Fi hotspot while still connected to a Wi-Fi network itself.

To use the Netshare app:

  • Download and install the app on your Android device
  • Launch the app by tapping on its icon
  • On the launch page, enable the checkbox that says, “Start Wi-Fi Hotspot”

  • Install the app on a second android device that you would require Wi-Fi connectivity
  • Launch the app in the second device and tap on the “CONNECT” button that appears on the top right side of the page

  • Go back to the first device and toggle on the WPS switch
  • Now on the second device, you will receive a VPN Connection pop-up request. Tap the OK button to grant permission
