To see someone’s Instagram username history:

• Update your Instagram app to the newest version

• Launch the Instagram app by tapping on its icon

• Navigate to the profile’s page of any Instagram user

• Tap the three vertical dots located on the top right corner of the profile page

• On the pop-up menu that appears, tap “About This Account” from the available options

• On the next page that appears, tap “Former Usernames”

• You will be able to view the former usernames that have been used by that profile
