Best offline GPS and navigation apps for Android

Our smartphones and Android devices are continuously improving and enhancing, as are the apps which we can use on them. Once upon a time we had to buy expensive Sat Nav’s if we didn’t want to use an old fashioned map to navigate around with.

Now however, all that has changed. With our Android devices now more capable than ever at providing us with a handheld GPS navigation system, all we need is the perfect app to get from A to B. Below are 5 such apps which are not only free, but also very capable of working offline, which is perfect for anybody who travels to different countries and doesn’t want to use their data plan.

It’s great at everything and you can save individual sections of countries to access offline.
