If a person shares a live or current location, the message that you will receive will not have extra details such as location name or description. If you receive a location message with a location name and description included, then you have been sent a searched location.
The idea is: When sending live and current locations on WhatsApp, the app uses your phone’s location to pin the location, and no need for extra information. Otherwise, there is a search function that you can use while sending WhatsApp location to search for a specific location that is not your current location, hence the message will have additional information about the searched location.
