To report an account on TikTok:

• Launch the TikTok app on your device

• While on the launch page, tap the search button that appears at the top of the screen

• On the search area that appears, type the username of the account you wish to report and tap the Search button

• From the search results that appear, select the specific account that you want

• You will be redirected to the profile page of that account. Tap the three vertical dots that appear on the top right side of the page

• On the menu that appears, tap the Report button

• On the next page that appears, you will need to choose whether to report an account or content. Select account

• Choose the appropriate reason why you wish to report the account

• On the next page that appears, choose the most appropriate option to further explain why you want to report

• You will be redirected to a page where you will submit your report. Tap the Submit button at the bottom of the page.

How to Report a Video on TikTok

While scrolling through videos on TikTok and you come across an inappropriate video, you can follow the below steps to report it.

• While on the video that you wish to report, tap the share button that appears on the right side of the screen

• On the menu that appears, find the Report button and tap on it.

• On the page that appears, read through the statements and select the most appropriate reason for reporting the video

• You will be redirected to a page where you will submit your report. Tap the Submit button
