To sign up for Telegram without a SIM card:

• Download the latest version of Telegram from any trusted app store

• Launch the app on your Android device by tapping on its icon

• On the launch page that appears, tap the Get Started button

• On the space provided on the next page, type in the blockchain-based anonymous number that you purchased from Fragment

• You will receive a One Time Password (OTP) on your blockchain number. Enter it to validate the process

• Once the number is validated, you can continue to use Telegram.
