How to Check Telegram Login History on Android
Telegram is one of the most popular instant messaging apps globally, known for its robust security features and user-friendly interface. One of the security features of Telegram is the ability to keep track of users’ login history. Checking your Telegram account’s login history helps you identify any unauthorized access to your account ensuring that the integrity of your account remains intact.
Also, monitoring your login history allows you to keep track of the devices and locations where your account has been accessed, helping you identify suspicious activity. If you notice an unknown login attempt, you can take further action to secure your account. This piece highlights how you can check your Telegram login history on your Android device. To check your Telegram login history on Android:
- Launch the Telegram app by tapping on its icon on your Android device.
- While on the launch page, tap on the three bars located at the top left corner of the screen.
- From the menu, find “Settings” and tap on it.
- On the page that appears, find “Privacy and Security” and tap on it.
- Under the “Privacy and Security” page, scroll down until you find the “Active Sessions” option. Tap on it to view your Telegram login history.
- You will now see a list of all the active sessions associated with your Telegram account. Each session includes information such as the device type, location, and the date and time of the last activity.
- Carefully review this information to ensure that all the sessions listed are legitimate and authorized by you.
If you notice any unfamiliar or suspicious sessions, tap on the session to view more details. Telegram provides the option to terminate a session. Tap the”Terminate session” button to log out of the session from the respective device.
