What Every Country Leads the World in? Check the Map!
The internet is full of maps about funny and sometimes unfortunate country stereotypes. Stereotypes can be fun, but we decided to write about something a little bit more positive! Each country in the world has a thing that makes it stand out from the crowd.
Some of them will seem obvious, others may surprise you!
For example, no one is going to be surprised that Brasil holds the highest number of FIFA World Cup titles or that Australia has the largest number of animal species that can kill you in one way or another.
But did you know that Japan is the world leader in robotics, Romania enjoys the fastest download speed, Netherlands have the highest number of tall people or that the USA leads number of Nobel Laureates as well as in the number of death by a… wait for it… lawnmowers? Ha! That is quite ironic 😆
We must give it to Vietnam for leading in the speed of economic growth and Rwanda for having the highest number of posts in parliament held by women.
On the other hand if you want to get struck by lightening, get involved in cartels or enjoy boxing you can book your ticket to Mexico. Beer lovers, head over to the Czech Republic, you will feel at home as this country leads in consumption of this famous beverage and hop over to neighbouring Poland for their famous kielbasa.
