How to use more than 5 Instagram accounts on Android

Instagram allows you to link up to 5 accounts on one Android device. If you are an Instagram account manager with more than five accounts, you will be limited to using a second device to access the other accounts or log out from one of the five accounts each time you need to access an extra account.

Sounds very hectic, right? Well, app cloning will offer a solution to your problems and help you link more than 5 Instagram accounts on one device. App cloning involves duplicating an app (in this case Instagram) so that it appears as two apps working independently.

Some devices like Samsung, Xiaomi, and Huawei have an in-built “Twin App” feature that supports app cloning. Other devices that do not have the feature need to use a third-party application that clones apps.

To use App Cloner to clone Instagram:

• Download App cloner and install it in your Android device

• Open the app by tapping on its icon

• On the home screen, scroll down through the list of apps to find Instagram

• Tap on Instagram’s icon

• On the page that appears, edit the clone details including the number of clones you want, name of the clone, and icon color among others

• The cloning process will begin and will take a few minutes to complete.
